Exceptional atmosphere, beautiful decor, very well-appointed rooms. In amazing grounds next to the river, this hotel stay was unforgettable. Book ahead of time to ensure you can have at least one meal in the restaurant featuring the cuisine of the Wendat people. Don’t miss a story telling session in the longhouse - we learnt so much about the culture, history and traditions of the Wendat people.

I travel a great deal and this was by far the most comfortable mattress I have slept on in my travels worldwide. I also really enjoyed the breakfast boxes as they were so convenient to take with if you had an early excursion.

Everything what a beautiful place to stay. I had the presidential suite and it was exactly that. Apart from the Jacuzzi bath, I couldn’t work out the buttons even with the instructions that were left under the sink.

    Beautiful property. Rooms are comfortable and clean with interesting furnishings. A truly special experience to learn about the Huron Aboriginal Nation of Wendake (and other First Nations). The building is stunning with a unique restaurant that has a gorgeous patio in the forested area.

    Beautiful hotel with a unique style. Large comfortable room had a peaceful outlook on woodland and the river. Great restaurant. Interesting museum attached, with a replica longhouse and activities for First Nations craft and culture

    I really liked the beds. Everything was so comfortable and the hotel itself was gorgeous. Even though it was an over night stay.. I plan on staying there for the weekend sometime this year.
