The views were amazing, the staff was accommodating and friendly. The room was perfect. The breakfast was spectacular, the room, the food the service. The only thing we were disappointed with was the dinner. Very overpriced for the quality of food and service. It was the most memorable stay we had in Switzerland. Dani was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed, including helping us plan how to spend our days around the weather etc. The extra little touches by Dani made the stay very special. The breakfast was really good too and the views from the hotel were phenomenal! The hotel was only a few minute walk from the bus stop to interlaken/up the mountain.
