You will often make a point of saying "A visit to XXX is only 15 mins away by car" Fine - but if it is possible to use Public Transport to reach XXX say so. Make sure your maps show railways! Amazing swimming pool with several pools suitable for all ages and abilities, including an outdoor thermal bath with jacuzzis. The ice rink was up when we were there, lots of nearby cafes and pubs. Lovely riverside walks and great playpark/animal centre between Saanen and Gstaad. Many train and bus connections. Several gondolas up to mountain restaurants and views and walks. The customer focus of the staff is outstanding - compliments to the management for their hiring and training. An all-round excellent hotel. Spa/sauna facilities are very good indeed, and for once, there is a hotel gym that is a real gym - way above the average for even high-end hotels.
