Really nice location in this nice old town area.
Really nice location in this nice old town area. Simple and comfortable hotel. No AC but a portable fan was in the room that worked well. Windows opened for cooling. They did smoke in the walkway and that would enter the roof now and again. Front desk employees were very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.Guest review byBrown - 8.0
Morges is a relatively small town and there's not much to do...
Morges is a relatively small town and there's not much to do there. However, it's quite charming and as it's on the lake, the views are spectacular. For more choices, Lausanne is only 15 min away by trains which operate quite frequently. Note that, just like everywhere in Switzerland, everything is quite expensive. Location was perfect - right in the centre of town and 5 minutes walk from the railway station. With very frequent trains, this was an easy base for visiting other towns like Vevey, Montreux, Lausanne, Apples. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've had in a hotel, and the room was clean and well appointed. Good lighting, bathroom was fine. Breakfast was spot on.
