Very friendly staff, good food, clean comfy room and fantastic leisure facilities. The building is very cool - it's a massive modern sports centre with some bedrooms and a nice restaurant - breakfast, swimming and wellness is included for hotel guests. The pool has a fun waterslide and lovely outdoor pool (very warm, great if it's snowing!) and you can pay extra for climbing and bouldering.
