We checked in around 2am already sine we travel by car around europe. It was an easy communication between the staff on how can we checked in so late since they only have reception people to 11pm. Got an easy and win-win solution. Got in to the newest parking area and was inside with an easy and clear instruction. Slept very good and comfortable. They doesnt have an aircon but they have self controlled ventilation worked like an aircondition. Not too cold though but was cool enough to a warmer weather outside. We supposed to stay just a night to sleep but we needed to booked another night😉 . The hotel was just 2 weeks opened when we was there. So it’s really new. And we even saw workers doing things and finishing the other rooms.

The hotel just offers you a blend of comfort, tranquility and cleanliness. All things in the hotel are brand new and clean, the inner lounges are designed perfectly, they offer a lot of comfort and enjoyment. Everything from start to finish was exceptional, from the convo with the recepnionists which were extremely polite and professional, to the facilities and comfort. Highly recommended.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful in every way. It is super clean and exactly meets my needs. The bus stop is right at the door step with easy access to Baden. Also the Restaurant is a real treat! Absolutely amazing food. The breakfast is also wonderful with enough variety of fresh and local food. Most importantly, the staff, especially the owner is absolutely the nicest person EVER! I once booked another hotel, which has a similar name...thinking that it was this one. I showed up here after 11 PM and the owner got out of bed to meet me and when we figured out the mistake she insisted on driving me to the other hotel because she knew that it is difficult to get to! Incredibly lovely and kind. I will keep coming back.

    This is a small town, with enough infrastructure and...

    This is a small town, with enough infrastructure and business to make your stay comfortable and convenient. I enjoyed a couple local restaurants, but it seems that google maps' listings on restaurants are not updated, so there are a couple places that are no longer available, do keep in mind. Neuhaus Restaurant was very nice, and food was amazing, although a bit pricey (but normal for Switzerland prices). Police and other public officials on the road were extremely helpful and friendly, even considering that I did not speak German.
