We were treated like gold!! The host, Monica, was very accommodating and checked in with us daily. She recommended places for us to eat and to visit. The location was very close to the train station, which made it easy to get around. Thank you Monica for making stay so enjoyable!

Luxurious hotel with exceptional service that you won’t find elsewhere. From the moment we arrived at the hotel until the checkout time, the entire staff was extremely professional and friendly. The rooms are spacious and very classic, beautiful lobby, it is the best in Bern. We had a personal incident and we received a great support from the staff and the management. I am really speechless. The family room was spacious with two comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food and beverage items. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center of Bern, public transport is within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They offered exceptional customer service with a special request. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again when in Bern the next time.

The hotel is in the city center. I visited interesting places on foot. They also gave me a free voucher for local public transport. The hotel room was comfortable, calm and quiet, the sound of the rain woke me up... there is a beautiful view from the window... in short, it is an extraordinary place.
