If you are looking for a quiet place to stay in the middle of a breathtakingly beautiful valley in the mountains, look no further. We were surprised that if you want a table with a view at breakfast you must make a reservation. Even if the table is empty We had to walk back to the reservations department and reserve a table. But the breakfast was of good quality. Even though the staff at the restaurant weren't very nice, the receptionists made us come back to love this place again.

    I don't really want to write all the things that I think about this hotel as I am aftraid too many people will want to go there and I want it to keep its special charm. I love everyting about this place from the rooms, to the service, food, managers and staff, the views. It feels like stepping back into the past. It is not the last time we will stay there. Thank you to all the wonderful people who work there.

    Wonderful view in front of the lake. Simple but clean room and breakfast is also good enough. Bergbahn inklusive with 2 night stay, train, bus, mountain cable cars are free of charge in Oberengadin area.
