The flat is thoughtfully furnished with high-quality pieces, making it feel incredibly comfortable and stylish. The hotel itself it's very welcoming, decor, staff, ambience, it's really a pleasant place. The spa it's very well preserved and clean, and has everything one could ever need to relax and have a good time. The room was super clean and comfortable, the attention to details like little gifts or personalized welcome cards were the cherry on top! The restaurant it's also a must, very good food and professional staff. Breakfast was on point, a lot of variety and was the perfect way to end our visit to such a lovely place. Will definitely return, its simply one of the best hotels I've ever been!

Our family had a wonderful stay in the Junior Suite. Many thanks for setting it up for our little family (5 year old and 2 year old). The room was large and beautifully renovated. The location was absolutely perfect and central to see Stein Am Rhein. There is also a large and convenient bike garage which was super helpful for us as we were traveling by bicycle.

    First, the positives: • Great location – on the edge of the lake, lush lawns, pleasant outdoor lakeside breakfast/meal/drinks ambience, walking distance to shops, supermarket and (less expensive) eateries; • The rooms were new and clean; • Storage space in the rooms was at least (barely) adequate (unlike many other hotels, in other countries); • The wifi worked; and • The meals were good

    The hotel is located in a quiet location, next to a lakeside park. Comfortable and well-equipped rooms. Very good breakfast in the very nice restaurant nearby. good wi-fi. Free parking. The restaurant (where lunch and dinner can be also served) is in a beautiful old building with a splendid terrace near the lake. The staff is very nice and the service is very good.

    Pet-friendly hotel, as the breakfast is served in the restaurant, we can bring our dog. Room was clean and spacious; no moquette was a great advantage.
