We were welcomed by Charlie who was very friendly, helpful and made sure we had everything that we needed. The room was nice and clean, with comfortable beds and a beautiful view. Wellness was great, with large sauna and relax room. Breakfast was very tasty.

The hotel was comfortable and unassuming, yet provided everything I needed for my stay. Spotlessly clean, the bedroom was neat with ample space for clothing, and the shower room was well appointed. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate. What makes this hotel so special it its staff who provided a warm welcome and went above and beyond in their provision of help and good service. I was not on holiday, but dealing with a family crisis. I felt well supported and cared for.

It’s difficult to explain our feelings in this place, in fact, this place could perfectly be our “house in Switzerland” (maybe impossible for a hotel or another kind of place) Pauline and Pierre are absolutely indescribable, their kindness, hospitality, happiness and positive vibes not only represent a couple of good hosts but also an example of how the people have to work in this kind of business. Pauline, you’re a fantastic woman, your strength and dedication are truly difficult to find and is a motivation for all the couples like us Pierre, despite of the great level of your wife, your absolutely amazing as well, your pieces of advice for everything, your generosity and your determination are another reason to come back and see you. We have the lucky thing of traveling so much but we can confirm that this is one of our favorites places in the hole world. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING, please keep your positive energy!

    I loved the appartement, it is small but it has it all, very...

    I loved the appartement, it is small but it has it all, very cozy and mountain feeling. the terrace is just wonderful, big enough if you come with four people. In my walkes I missed the landscape vieuws because Torgon is surrounded by woods. I was there in wintertime but I can inmagine in summertime the woods will be a warm welcome during high temperatures. I am planning to find out. :-)
