The problem was we didn't got internet in Switzerland. So we didn't now we get a message. We pressed on a doorbell of one of the persons in the complex. It was a very sweet Ukranian men that helped us. He gave us a wifi code and told us about the message and code to get the key. We booked this appartement for us and our 2 baby's.
