Overall, we had a delightful stay. The hotel staff is amazing, so caring and professional: a special thank you to Sofi, Valeria and Diego. The food was also terrific, so much so that we had every meal at the hotel! Huge thanks to Juan Carlos. I must also add that I Loved the huge and comfy bed!

We loved everything about this beautiful lake house with a view of Villarica. Extra amenities like the hot tub, outdoor fire pit, and sauna were wonderful. The kitchens (one indoor & one outdoor!) has everything you need. Host Sergio was so nice and full of kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend a stay here. You won’t regret it!
