I had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights and it exceeded my expectations! The room was beautiful, modern, comfortable and clean! The location is great and is only about 10-15 minute drive from the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (East Gate). The breakfast buffet was also delicious with a good variety! Most importantly, the staff here was absolutely wonderful and very helpful! They helped us book everything from taxis to booking tickets to the park and local attractions! They were so friendly from beginning to end! The price to stay here is extremely reasonable for everything that you get! I would highly recommend this hotel!

I don't know where to start, but I know how I ended up feeling: like if I was hosted by family member, just after three days. The owners are incredidibly kind and very welcoming - even though they don't speak English they're always ready to "speak" using translating app. They helped me with the natural park tickets, they told me where locals go eating, they've been full of attentions - way above the expectations. On top of it, the place is perfectly located to get to the park first and the room was full of charme and beautifullu decorated. Tujia culture at its best! Thank you!

The location of the Hotel was very good,5minutes walk from park. Rooms were very clean and bed was soft(not easy in China).The staff were very, very helpful, especially thanks to Carol, She helped me with everything: transportation, tickets, maps, routs, organizing, answering messages. Best stay in zhangjiajie.

Location was perfect. The breakfast was amazing, The room was quite and very clean. We loved the our room , which is like an automated robot to control lights, curtains and other room functions. Staff were friendly and very helpful. They helped us develop a custom plan to visit the Tainmen mountain, Grand canyon / glass bridge, and the national park, and did all the ticket reservations for us. Thank you for everything.

This place is a total gem! The location can't be beat – just a 2-minute walk to the park. The front desk staff is amazing; they spoke great English and helped us book tickets and plan our day. The breakfast was delicious with great coffee, and the gym was a nice bonus. So many restaurants and shops right downstairs. Highly recommend for an easy and fun trip!​
