Both the hotel and the staff very simply amazing. Very helpful, accommodating and hospitable. The hotel had great facilities and delicious breakfast. The staff was always quick to help and accommodate our needs. Ms Rachel, the Hotel Manager, was wonderful - always helpful and gave us a lot of valuable information about what to see in Chongqing. The view from the room was simply great. We will be definitely coming back to HYGGE Hotel.

The staff, rooms and entire experience during our stay was honestly amazing. Yes sure the place is a little difficult to find as some other people have mentioned, but nothing 5 minutes of looking and asking locals on translate can’t overcome. Would 100% come back here again.
