breakfast was perfect !! Local to western food , wide variation ! room was very specious , good lay out , welcome fruits and drink . Wide windows with automatic curtains. very clean . Booked the place for 1 night, but flight got delayed and we check in for 2 hours only at 3am. The staff was so helpful and polite. The room is clean and not dusty Toiletries and towel provided. Body wash is good The male staff was so kind to book taxi for us early in the morning to the train station.

The service staff from the door to the counter desk to be room service to the breakfast table are all impeccable and knowledgeable. Love the details inside of the hotel room. The room is spacious and with a very comfortable bed. But if you intend to add another bed, it might be quite challenging. It does come with a day bed near the window. Just request an extra pillow and blanket. This hotel is next to a big shopping mall with all the high-end shops.

The front desk staff were beyond helpful and kind! And were always at service. We wanted some packages to be delivered and they were very attentive with it and delivered on time. Everything was spot on clean. They changed towels and bed covers everyday, even without us needing to tell them. Hats off to the minor staff for that! We had breakfast last day, it was top notch! A big layout that i couldn't even end up eating because I was too full😂😂. I stayed here for 9 nights!! The room was beautiful and VERY spacious. The outside surrounding was good too. MANY restaurants, luckin coffee shop and 7/11 walking distance. Street food to restaurant food Everything. There is a pharmacy neighbouring the hotel too. There is also a convenience store on the hotel premises. Will definitely come again. Thank you so much for having us

Was a very good location with a short drive to/from the Kunming train station and a walkable distance to the Old Town. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room exceeded expectations in terms of size and amenities.
