They mistakenly charged us again (and here I'm still not sure, DID they really double charge us?), but over the next few days, took great care to ensure that the charge was reversed. I was unable to check my card on my end, but the staff at the hotel tracked this for us over several days. I can't commend them too highly for the care they took!
