The property is beautifully located within the heart of the mountain. Surrounded by tea fields and forest. The property has a large koi pond with fountain and landscaped gardens that are very well maintained. The sleeping quarters are traditional with a modern twist. Very upscale and luxurious. We enjoyed the common area to have our morning espresso and latte that was made perfectly and in the evening we had wine from their expansive collection of vintage wines. The included breakfast was just what we needed, light yet a fully cooked meal and dinner was different each night from fresh fish to roast duck and a variety of vegetables and soups.

We stayed here for one night because we arrived in Wudangshan late and couldn't get into the UNESCO site until the next day. It was fine. It was clean. The staff do not speak English. We all managed.
