It was a quiet, clean accommodation, and we had everything we needed. Breakfast and the latte were good. The room was cleaned every day, clean towels, and tooth brushes were provided each day. Steven speaks English and helped us a lot booking tickets to the parks and mountains and organising our trips, making our stay hassle free and enjoyable. They also provide free transfer from the airport.

If I could give an 11/10 for the staff I would. I was very confused as to how to get from Zhangjiajie West train station to the hotel. Two staff members came to pick me up. They also arranged an early check in, and helped me book a taxi to Wulingyuan and another one back to the station the next day. The room was beautiful and clean and the hotel was just a 20 minute drive away from Wulingyuan which is a cheap taxi trip.

Great Stay with Convenient Location The breakfast was absolutely fantastic—we really enjoyed every bite of it! What stood out most was the unbeatable location: it’s super close to both Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area and Zhangjiajie Airport, which saved us so much time on transportation.
