The whole hotel was absolutely fabulous, I don't understand why it doesn't have a 10/10 rating. Communication 100%, replies from the hotel nonstop within a couple of hours. Super meeting, staff at the reception can speak English. Very chilled room, daily meticulous cleaning, breakfast divine, beach about ten meters from the hotels.

The staffs are very polite and friendly. We requested for an ashtray in our room and they explained that the hotel is non-smoke hotel but they upgraded our room to a sea view suite with balcony so that we can smoke at the balcony instead. So sweet of them 🤗

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was very satisfied with the service and facilities provided. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, offering a range of options to suit different tastes. The hotel's location was also convenient, close to major attractions and shopping areas. The staff was exceptional, always ready to help. The lobby on the 8th floor is very welcoming. The breakfast spread is good. The hotel located inside a old commercial block. It undergo a complete change over in Aug 24. So is look brand new. I enjoy my 2 night stay 100%.

The location is superb..close to city center and great views over river. The room..the facilities..the staff..couldn't be faulted ..all 5 star. Everyone ..the staff..very friendly and helpful with a special shout out for Joan Li and Tiffany. Joan awesome helper and good English. I've spent many years in china ..and Hainan too..and this the best hotel experience I have ever had!!!
