The place is incredible, truly a breath of nature just a few minutes from Cali. The landscape and the climate are excellent, the Villa meets all expectations of what is needed, with everything necessary, even with an outdoor pergola and a couch to sit and watch nature. The hosts are excellent people, very attentive, always looking out for you to make sure you don't lack anything, with advice on what to do, where to go, places where you can eat local food. Highly recommended, I will definitely return.

We felt so lucky to be staying at this wonderful birding lodge. The owners were so helpful and the food delicious. Luis and his son Juan are fantastic guides. The bird feeders and hides on the property are set up just right for great photography. we wish we could give more then 5 stars. Luis picked us yo from Luis picked us up from the airport and coordinated all of our activities. Awesome place!

The location is super convenient and you will absolutely disconnect from the hectic vibe of the city. It has everything you might need, internet, excellent service, hospitality and an outstanding history behind the nature and biodiversity of the place. It is Pet friendly too!! I had the upstairs room which included a great balcony for bird watching. There were tanagers, hummingbirds, and flycatchers galore, and a pair of regularly visiting toucanets. My host Orlando was warm and inviting, and was available to show me some really cool spots around the neighborhood. The house is situated on a beautiful finca with mountain views and a near perfect climate with warm days and cool nights.

The staff, atmosphere, location, amenities, food... EVERYTHING about this place is great! We were here as a large group for two whole weeks, and we were still sad to leave! Maria and Javier, cleaning staff, all the volunteers and other staff members, absolutely top notch. We all look forward to coming back one day. I don't care if I've won the lottery; I'll be staying right here at Viajero Hostel Cali!
