The location was incredible and our stay in the tree house was very comfortable. All the staff were very kind and attentive, helping us to decide and arrange tours for everything we wanted to do. Luis even kindly rescued us from a tarantula who had made its home in our room! Arranging a private boat to the hotel was very easy and facilitated by Natura.

I was impressed with my room, it offered a sizeable double bed and the accomodation itself overlooked the Amazon river. where you can admire the sunrise and sunset. The staff were super helpful & friendly. The Maloka in the center of the accommodation offered the perfect space to browse the handmade artesanias, as well as enjoy a meal and meet local people and travellers alike. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Had a wonderful experience in the hotel. Good clean rooms (with airco, very much needed here!), nice food, and great and helpful staff. Everything! Leo and his family are kind and make you feel very welcome. The hotel is right next to the forest so you hear birds and other nature sounds and you can spot monkeys from the hammock. The food was also really delicious and the tours Leo offers were amazing.
