We arrived in Cyprus late at night -well past midnight- and yet we were warmly welcomed by the lovely host family at this apartment. Their kindness made a huge impression on us, especially after a long day of travel. They waited for us with such a warm attitude and genuine smiles, and even their sweet little daughter kindly showed us around and explained the details of the apartment. It was such a touching and memorable welcome. The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great -ideal for exploring the beautiful beaches on this side of the island- and having a place to park our car on the property was also a big plus. Above all, we’re truly thankful for the warmth and generosity of this family. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even at such a late hour. It was, without a doubt, the perfect start to our trip around this beautiful island -and we would absolutely choose them again if we return to this part of Cyprus. The house is simply amazing provided with different relaxing corners and nice views. Exceptionally designed to the smallest details with all conviencies and facilities the person needs. In the house you can find everything you may need. The pool is surrounded by beautiful villas and plants that gives you feeling of comfort. A bit far away from the noisy center, but if you need a cozy and calm place to have a rest, the place is incomparable.

This is the second time I visited this place. First time was on another similar booking site. I liked the pool. It was nice, clean, big. I liked that it was pet friendly, it has fence all over so it is suitable for big dogs. Location for us it was perfect. When we arrived it was easy check in.

Villa is located very closed to the sandy modern beach with the wonderful bar. But most part of time we spent at the private swimming pool with sea view, garden furniture, sun beds and terrace. Everything was clean and nice. Kitchen is fully equipped and closest supermarket is pretty good to buy everything what is needed. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant next to supermarket in 100-200 meters from villa. We didn’t use but recognised that villa is equipped by dishwasher, might be important for longer stay. During the evening we watched an Apple TV in the living room. Really appreciate that outside terrace is equipped by another TV connected to wi-fi, never watched TV outside before :) We were surprised that villa equipped even with sports equipment, great pleasure to do some exercises at the fresh air, then jump into pool to swim and then take shower outside! It was amazing stay! Looking forward to be back soon.

Xylofagou is a perfect starting point for excursions to...

Xylofagou is a perfect starting point for excursions to discover the beautiful island. There are several good restaurants, the sea and the beaches are close and can be easily reached by car within 10 minutes. Xylofagou is not very touristic and offers the opportunity to dive into the real Cyprus life, not into the very touristic nightlife which is offered around Agia Napa. We fell in love with Cyprus and with Xylofagou and hope we will be able to come back one day. Our favourite restaurant was Tavernaki 13, they serve typical Cyprus food there, cook it with passion and the meals are incredibly delicious.

Xylofagou is a lovely town near to Ayia Napa.

Xylofagou is a lovely town near to Ayia Napa. You can have both the quietness of a small town with all the facilities but also very close you can have a short taxi ride the busy resort of Ayia Napa meaning you get the best of both
