Wonderful historical place! Too many tourists and need advance reservation for some places. I did not know that the Combination ticket for the National Museums allow us to visit any National museum in Plaque. I could not see the information anywhere. Beautiful city, some lovely places to visit...but I found it over-run with tourists, which made it very busy! We did some of the normal historical sites, but also did the National Gallery instead of the National Museum and I can highly recommend it. We loved the wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. All the main attractions were walking distance of the hotel - even walked to the cemetery where the composers Dvorak and Smetana were buried (2.3 miles from the hotel ). I got the main sights of interest to me. Certainly there is more to see were I to have stayed another day or two. But the old architecture, the cathedral and old castles area, Old Town, the National Museum are incredible. A Catholic would be more interested in the so-called Child of Prague.
