For us the location of the hotel was excellent: the city center is quite accessible by public transport, but we lived in a real tranquility with birds singing next to the hotel almost non-stop. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent cook who was making home-made desserts and breakfasts every day. The staff really went the extra mile to satisfy our requests, including ordering non-diary milk for coffee, even though it wasn't on the regular menu. The room was spacious, had everything we needed to live and work there for the two weeks that we stayed there. The airco in the room worked perfectly, keeping the room cool (but not too cold) over several days of +30°C outside.

I loved everything about this gorgeous place. Every little detail was just beautiful and like a piece of art. It’s a magical place with my favourite location in Prague. The staff were amazing and really genuinely friendly and welcoming. We had the most wonderful stay and loved every moment of our romantic getaway at the Hotel U Raka. Very clean and nice room, quiet hotel with a polite and accommodating staff. I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed my stay at Valcha. There is a tram line right in front which makes it convenient to get to the town very quickly. I skipped the hotel breakfast opting for a lovely breakfast and lunch cafe at just across the street.

I stayed in this hotel twice: in summer and in winter time. In a quiet place, parking is free, comfortable beds, clean, air conditioning, very polite staff, 8-10 min drive till airport, 2 petrol station nearby. I really enjoy! Thank you!
