A very friendly lady at the reception desk explained everything to us clearly. She informed us that our room had been upgraded 😄. We were really grateful for that. We were accommodated in a comfortable room with a fluffy carpet all over the floor overlooking the yacht harbour. A mini bar was also included in price. A wonderfully decorated dining area made our breakfast time even more pleasant. There is a menu to choose the breakfast from. I need to add that it was really delicious, we were both satisfied with it. Cutting the long story short, it’s been our first time there but hopefully, not the last one. Thank you !😀

We planned to bring our dog with us, they provided food bowl, dog mat and food for our dog. That's so sweet. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is the best.

    Great location for being able to access Kiel without staying in the city. Tidy, quite and only a 5 minute walk to an amazing supermarket, Familia. The deli counter has so many choices. We took the bus into Kiel during our stay. There's an app that makes booking your transport. Staff helped us understand how to use the app. The hotel was also reasonably close to the EuroVelo 10. They also had a secure place to store our cycles.

    Reception was closed when we arrived. We got a message ahead of arrival and it was easy to get in and get the key. Breakfast was in a canteen 50 m from the hotel but you need to go outside. Breakfast was ok but not exceptional.

    Hotel met the expectations. Quiet and clean. Breakfast was a pleasure: plenty of choices. Parking also was really easy. Definitely a place I would book again if needed
