Attentive staff. Left at 4am for a flight, and a perfect breakfast box was in the room upon our arrival. Everything was clean, and the room was totally functional. Great value overall.

The cleanest hotel in the city center. We stayed in the room called the apartment, the room has a kitchen, oven, stove and refrigerator, it's great that this room opens to a closed terrace because unfortunately I smoke :) The rooms, beds and showers are very clean. We especially loved the lady Miranda. She is really caring and helpful. We decided to stay until the end of June because we loved it. It was the most affordable, cleanest and central place. There is a cafe under the hotel and we had a great time with live music and beer. It was wonderful.

It's my 4th of 5th time in this hotel and still one of the best to stay. Friendly and helpfull staff. Clean and big rooms, very good quality of sleeping. Free parking around the hotel. Nice buffet for the breakfast. Very close to the "Altstad".

We got an upgrade because there was an issue about the rooms who was booked twice. Without problems the manager at the reception proposed us to have a suite.

    The appartment is large and spacious, with large windows and...

    The appartment is large and spacious, with large windows and a nice view. The kitchen had almost everything, but we found the oven and microwave dirty. There were no dishwasher tabs and no dish towels to do the dishes. The appartment has a nice bathtub, but there is very low water pressure. The beds were fine, but some of our bedsheets had not been changed for us.
