The hotel is in the suburbs, but right by a streetcar stop that takes you into the center of the city in about 10 minutes. They explained the streetcar schedule and how to purchase tickets. When we had to change our travel plans at the last minute because my husband didn't feel well enough to fly, they extended our stay and even printed new boarding passes for our new flights. There is a tram station right outside the hotel. The hotel serves a very good breakfast, fresh ingredients and sustainable table ware with spacious area and kids friendly.
