Very nice staff, helpful and kind. Which makes a stay like this so much better! We had to book a few hours beforehand and it went very quick and easy which is nice. We did not get breakfast because we did not feel like it however I suppose it would have been just fine. Parking is in front and the aldi and lidl are just a few metres away. We sayed for one night which was perfect, even checkout being at 12:00 am was great!

Perfectly located close to Strasbourg. You can go down town by tram which we did during the busy hours of the Xmas market. The facilities are brand new and include a nice spa (hamam, sauna, swimming pool) which you can access for just 10 euros. The breakfast was plentiful and everything was clean. Self-service check-in was very convenient. It was already at 10pm when we arrived, but it was very convenient to collect the card on the machine outside the hotel. And the location is very good, the terminal of the light rail line D, to Strasbourg downtown is very convenient. The room is spacious and comfortable.

I absolutely loved this place, especially the staff-it was amazing. Everyone in the hotel made you feel like home. The room was clean and soundproof (we were traveling with dogs, so it was essential). The breakfast was very good. We are definitely going to come back next year.
