The property located in the heart of idstein. Its really near to restaurant and cafe. The room was so clean and for this price its really amazing and feel like you are stay in 5 star hotel. Very clean & very comfortable, especially the bed and pillows and linens! Host was kind and accommodating to our last-minute and late night booking. It was terrific to have a quality coffee maker and a superb hot shower! Highly recommend staying here

    Idstein is a lovely friendly little town with a medieval centre dating back to th 13th and 14th centuries. Locals are friendly and helpful. Good restaurants and cafes in the centre of the old town. Just 30 minutes by taxi from Frankfurt main airport.

    I've given slightly above average scores as the place looked lovely from the outside. I arrived at 9pm, after an 11hr drive from the UK to find that the reception closes for check-in at 4pm on a Sunday. I re-read booking.com order confirmation and right at the bottom it does note this. It should be at the top for a 1 night Sunday booking. I slept in the van in the car park for £110. Not the hotel's fault! I normally have to check in after 3, this caught me out. Be aware!!

    Lovely welcoming hotel, the young lady on reception and breakfast service is an absolute credit to the business. Very clean , very good breakfast and at a reasonable price . Would definitely recommend.
