The Hotel is at a perfect location close to every attraction Mittenwald can offer! The staff is very friendly and professional! They serve cookies and coffee or tea in the afternoon which is also included in the price! On weekdays the restaurant has delicuious italian dishes which were the best I had in Germany!

    There is not much happening in Klais, other than a few walks...

    There is not much happening in Klais, other than a few walks or cross country skiing in winter. Now in autumn it is a lovely, quiet base for all sorts of excursions in the vicinity. Mittenwald and Garmisch Partenkirchen are only a few km away.

    Klais is very small village, there is nothing, no bakery no...

    Klais is very small village, there is nothing, no bakery no shops. On the other hand it is very quiet and just a short drive to Garmisch. Some hikes can be started directly from there. There is a train and a bus station.

    Thanks to the hosts’ attention and care, we felt like welcome guests. The hotel is furnished cozily and with love. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was a full-size hairdryer in the room. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Thanks to the product selection system, everything was fresh and beautifully presented. Convenient parking.
