We chose a hotel on our way to Vaduz as a sleepover point. We were greatly impressed that a place on the road is created and maintained with care and soul. Clean and tidy. Decent breakfast. The location is great, very close to the train station which was perfect for us since we came in from Munich and had a flight from Memmingen airport the next day. The staff was all very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport the next morning. The hotel is super clean and comfortable, would recommend it for anyone traveling through or visiting Memmingen.

    Good location for people using Memmingerberg airport.

    Good location for people using Memmingerberg airport. Unfortunately there was no staff to help despite us informing them of our arrival time. We had asked that we would need a taxi to take us back to the airport at 5 a.m. but there was no one there to help us. We (two people in our mid seventies) were faced with a kilometre walk, dragging our luggage to the airport at 5 a.m. in the morning when it was cold, dark and damp. Get some staff or at least provide notices with info on things like taxis and how to get help with problems that occur.

    We in Lviv (and, more general, in Ukraine) know Memmingen...

    We in Lviv (and, more general, in Ukraine) know Memmingen mostly as the place of the airport for Wizzair flights from Ukrainian cities. However, Memmingen itself is a "German-German" city, well-preserved historical sight with a flavour of the old Germany and Bayern. After crowded and sometimes not very hospital Munich we appreciated that worm welcome we had during our short stay. I wish we could learn more about this city and I believe we will spend more time there, next time.
