The city as such was not very impressive (at least for us)...
The city as such was not very impressive (at least for us) but the walks around the lake were great. On a sunny day people were sunbathing and swimming in the lake, alongside different boat sports. The area is very green, peaceful and pleasant. There are plenty of nice walks and you can really enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. We dined at Xavier Ranch (close to Meschede) and Geronimo (at Mohnesee) and both were really excellent.Guest review byKrassimira

I Kids loved indoor playground and all the free to use bikes, scooters, and other toys. We could also take a ride on the pony! All of it in the price. The nearby Hunau ski slope is the best if you want to ride on the sledge, learn to ski or snowboard or just to chill.
