My son enjoyed the dragon fruit. Large roof top area. Central lift to all floors. I heard one person complain that their room wasn’t made up at 16:30 but I knew the reason… understaffed. Not their fault as they really were keeping the hotel afloat. They really deserve a bonus for what they achieved. Don’t let this put you off booking as I’m sure a solution will be found. Everything is nearby, shops, restaurants and the beach is easy to reach, 10 mins walk. The hotel is in the center and easy to reach. 5 min from the Bus station. All bus lines are reachable here.
