It is wonderful holidays apartment, on the first floor of the owners house. Everything in the apartment was sparkling, very well done, very cozy. The bed was super comfortable, the surrounding is very quiet, which provides good tight sleep. Bathroom is amazing, I would love to have one like this at my home. The hosts are very nice and communicative, it was a pleasure to meet them.

Very traditional German hotel. Very friendly people. We could park our bicycles safely in the garage. Despite of the heat the room was very cool even without airconditioning. Very clean room and bathroom. The restaurant was great and there are some vegetarian options. The breakfast buffet was also great.

This hotel is 4 km off the main highway and sits in a small hamlet and is by far the largest building there. We liked everything immediately, the most friendly, helpful staff, immaculate surroundings and huge room with views over the outdoor pool which was open and heated even when it was -1* !

    The hotel has a family feel to it, cat sleeping in the restaurant and a nice friendly team running it. The restaurant was really nice and felt traditional. Good value for money and great view of the black forest. A short easy drive to Wolfach which is the nearest town with shops and restaurants etc.
