We really enjoyed visiting the toy and the open air museum and the octagonal church where the pastor gave a talk about Seiffen‘s history. We ate at the hotel and the restaurant Holzwurm. There were designated parking areas which were 10 Euro for the day. There is a fair amount of walking up and down hills. There are may different stores full of traditional Germany wooden Christmas items. The city is cute and the people working in the shops vary from super nice, to pretty unhelpful. There was a woman who has a lace making store, Seifferer Kloeppeleck feine Holzhunst, where she took time to show my husband and myself how she handmade many beautiful items. Also, We found the best prices for nice quality pieces at Glueck Auf Haus. Both stores are on Jahnstrasse.Guest review byHollyUnited States
