Location was convenient for major routes, fuel station nearby. Whilst situated by a road the property was quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and available from 6am. The hotel restaurant was ideal for evening meal as there appeared to be few alternatives close by - food was good and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. On site restaurant food (and wine) was very good - more like a 4/5 star hotel offer. Service friendly and hospitable despite a big event in the next room. Well done for that. Something went wrong at the booking so by mistake the room was made up for one. It was very quickly corrected. Nice breakfast with delicious homemade chocolate spread.
