This guest apartment is located nicely for walking to local restaurants and an easy drive to surrounding destinations. The kitchen area had a variety of utensils, if you wish to prepare a simple meal and the bed was great. Everything was neat and clean, with easy communication. Street noise was noticeable only on the weekend and fairly well mitigated when windows are closed. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

We loved the location, the view, the beach nearby, the main roads a short drive away, the proximity to Pagua Bay. We also like the natural bug repellent and cream for bites available. The mosquito net was a big plus.

We loved the spectacular location, which offered easy access to hiking and snorkeling. The gardens on the property are beautiful , and there are incredible sunset views over the Caribbean from the pool. It is a totally relaxing atmosphere. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed,as well as immaculately clean. The food is delicious. We especially loved the local specialties in the menu and enjoyed the selection of bush rums.

After travelling round the island for three weeks, this was...

After travelling round the island for three weeks, this was one of our favourite parts. Beautiful location, so many remote beaches to visit and good shops and restaurants locally. We loved turtle beach, be prepared to walk off the beaten track and be rewarded we also loved , and batibou bay, be prepared to pay at batibou a small fee. We ate at sandbar and coral reef, coral reef was amazing value for money and taste. You definitely need a car to get about and see all the local places. Red rocks and chocolate factory and pointe baptiste bay are located in close proximity. If you go to chaudiere pool you will need a 4x4 for the roads leading to it, be very careful.

A small fishing village with stunning views.

A small fishing village with stunning views. Located within walking distance of Red Rocks, which is jaw dropping beautiful. There are also very good restaurants in the area, Coral Reef and Poz. The area is safe and survesca good base to explore the northern parts of Dominica.

Huge and absolutely delicious breakfast every single day! There was no need to purchase lunch any day which saved us some money Our hostess was genuinely warm and friendly. She was always available but never intrusive. The landscape is very well done. Nicky has achieved a miniature botanical garden in Calibishie. Nigel is the driver recommended by Carol Ann. A patriot extraordinaire who knows his homeland like the back of his hand. Tell him your preferences and he knows just where to take you.

We liked everything about our stay. It is without a doubt the best place we have ever stayed. The view is breathtaking, the accommodation is perfect and the hosts are wonderful. Great location with a supermarket 1 min walk away and you can walk to hodges beach and swim in the river. 10 minutes to batibou beach which is stunning! We did daily yoga on the deck, overlooking the sea! We are a family of four (7 and 5 year old) who loved the pool, the view and everything! The place is absolutely fantastic.

The apartment is right on the beach and very spacious. Our host Miss Molly was very friendly and welcoming and gave us loads of help with local information. There is a bar/restaurant right on site. We loved it there. The apartment was very well equipped. It had everything we needed. Also, the wi-fi is amazing... and fast. Great spot for digital nomads.

Calibishie Sandbar was our first stop and a great way to kick off our two weeks in Dominica! Christine was excellent, the balcony over the ocean perfect for unwinding and there was everything we needed. Great wifi, equipped kitchenette for light food prep, easy to find, walking distance to restaurants and a mini market.

Susan and Wendy were super kind. We could pick fruits from their garden. The cabin is beautiful, well maintained and clean. Everything we needed for the stay was there. Calibishie is also a very nice small village with everything there whay you need.
