Location was great, about 10-15 minute walk to the public beaches. There are restaurants from a few feet away and food trucks a 10 minute walk away. For a hotel not adjacent to a beach this was a very nice stay, they even had beach towels to take and a nice small rooftop pool which was great at sunset. Decent breakfast in the morning too. Also was very clean and comfy and well above the average for this type of property in the Dominican, would stay here again!

This is definitely the best place to stay in Bayahibe if you want a good hotel with a pool, rooftop bar restaurant and excellent value for money. There is nothing else of this standard in the area, and location is very close to the beach and three good restaurants nearby. The breakfast is made according to your personal specifications and the rooms are large and the bathroom has hot water with good pressure. The manager and staff at the reception and in the restaurant are very kind and helpful. It's a clean, comfortable family run hotel that looks after their guests. if you stay here you will get a discount at a few of the decent local restaurants which is another bonus.

It's a quaint little town. All the restaurants are Italian or pizzerias. They were fair to good. The stores are interesting. It is a small village. We enjoyed exploring it, but there's not a huge amount there besides the souvenir shops, a few clothing stores, a few bars, a few coffee shops, and a few restaurants.

Bayahibe small and cozy, easy to drive, we were there to...

Bayahibe small and cozy, easy to drive, we were there to look for possible place to live. However the europeans have locked up the town and are building many apartment complex's for tourism. Too expensive to rent or buy in Bayahibe. Nice place to visit at Villa Baya for 4 days and that is it. 30 tour bus's bring in 2000 people daily from all over to go on catamaran tours, particularly to Isla Saona I suspect, as well as the scuba business. When the apartment complexs are finished in the next 2 to 3 years, Bayahibe is going to be totally overcrowded I suspect. I asked about snorkel tour for a couple hours. $150 usd!!!!! OUCH!! I am a snorkeler as well as a dedicated swimmer.

This is a very safe feeling small village.

This is a very safe feeling small village. We never felt unsafe as we walked around during days or nights. The restaurants along the waterfront served great food at very reasonable prices. Most of the waitstaff do not speak English which made for a bit of fun. I highly recommend taking a full day trip to Saona Island if you are traveling to Bayahibe.

Stayed 9 days, a little extra. this was good. it takes time to learn more. liked the natural ponds and the Mangrove Swamp. Christmas lighting and show were great. Stuck to the main buffet. tried not to overeat. it worked.

Best hotel i had in Dominican Republic. Great huge rooms, nice decorated. Lovely people. Good vibes, good party´s. Beautiful rooftop, with breakfast on the rooftop and a yacuzzi.super convenient location and the organized, friendly and always available staff.Excellent terrace bar fabulous cocktails but above all nice environment. The hotel is located in the center and you can move on foot as well as we did! You have to go there! Highly recommended!

A wonderful private exclusive complex in the Dominican Republic’s best beach, could not believe the value for the two bed apartment with access to the pools and the pier sunbathing platform/ lots of sunloungers available amazing view, beach restaurant is really nice also for that sundown drink
