The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very welcoming and nice. The garden is beautiful, and it was amazing to see the alpacas on the lawn. The breakfast and free shuttle to and from the airport were the best parts.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. I incidentally arrived early and that was no problem. They got me checked in and I was able to order a meal on arrival which was excellent. Staff speaks both Spanish and English. Room was comfortable and pleasant. The site is peaceful. Wifi worked great. TV worked great. They were able to shuttle me to the airport late in the night.
