Review on the chalet First of all the hospitality was great, and the host was very kind & friendly, the chalet is nice & clean when we got there, the view is not beachfront but, it is very quiet & pleasant. All though the pool is like almost 30 minutes walk, which can be challenging if you’re going with kids, the wifi is inconvenient at all because, it keeps disconnecting from the internet & can be irritating for the whole group. ⁃ there is no washing machine at the chalet. ⁃ One of the bathrooms was leaking badly, the whole bathroom was full of water everytime. ⁃ No streaming services like said on the their website. ⁃ There’s no drying rack for clothing & no carpets. ⁃ It’s not really a beachfront place, & no private beach area, which means no beach umbrellas as well, no sign of any BBQ facilities. ⁃ Regarding the markets, there’s just this one market, that isn’t far from the apartment. ⁃ There isn’t much of a choice regarding food, no sea food, it was always unavailable, it’s mostly traditional food.

I would like to leave some remarks about work of housekeeping, especially very high quality work of professional housekeeping managers Mr. Ashraf and Mr. Ahmed: cleaning of rooms very good, everything in time and carefully done without any demands. Best relaxing holiday for family , we stayed at the grand hotel , beach is on your doorstep , beach is very good for children to play and swim , animation team from italy at kidz club is amazing keeping children busy with lots of activities like soccer , mini disco, face painting , dancing . The food is the best in the world , catering for vegetarian and meat eaters with barbecue braai outside every night . We were able to use the water slides at sea club at a good fee daily . Very good gym at Grand Hotel at a good fee per day . We received complementary water and coffee daily in our rooms. The rooms are beautiful , fresh towels daily , hairdryer for the ladies, body lotions ,sewing kit, shapoos, and conditioner. They also have a pharmacy at Petro supermarket opposite the golf hotel , the phamasist is very good and helpful Sir Mohamed helped us book transfer and was able to whats app him in English any questions or anything that i need , before my trip , thank you . The coffee shop at sea club hotel have the best turkish coffee, shisha, and best egyption hot ginger beverages that you have to try. I will just add some authentic music daily to spice it up There is also a small train that they the resort use to transfer kids and family from the hotel to the the kidz club. The aqua park for kids from age 8 is very good . Very nice waterslides . The gardens and grass are beautiful Beautiful surroundings for morning walks . You dont need to leave the resort , they have everything. The architect of the Grand hotel is beautiful , I took so many pictures Wheater in Jan : very warm days can spend on beach , sunset at 5pm and then it is chilly , you will need a jacket

My boyfriend and I visited the resort for his 30th birthday. It was a very enjoyable experience. Staff is very polite, well mannered, respectful and always happy to help. Food was delicious and we really appreciated the complimentary cake for his birthday. We enjoyed the heated pool and the seaside. The rest was all great! Thank you :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this duplex and it was an exceptional experience and I highly recommend this duplex for anyone looking for a hassle-free getaway in Ain Sokhna. The property itself is beautifully designed, offering stunning view and ample space for relaxation. This duplex was immaculate, with modern amenities and a very comfortable atmosphere that made us feel right at home plus many swimming pools 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️ I guess like ten in many different shapes and so many green areas 🌲🌲 What truly set this stay apart was the host's 👩 outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing us with helpful local tips and being readily available for any questions we had. The level of service was exemplary, with attention to detail that did not go unnoticed. Overall, the combination of a fantastic property and top-notch service made this a memorable stay.
