Poor Service and Disappointing Stay I booked this accommodation through Booking.com expecting a comfortable and well-managed experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. The service from staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. The facilities were not as described in the listing. Cleanliness and upkeep were below acceptable standards. I raised my concerns during my stay, but the responses were dismissive and no real effort was made to address the problems. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property to others.

We booked this chalet with another unit for the rest of our family because they are close. The chalet went beyond our expectations! Nicely furnished and decorated, loved the kitchen and we were all impressed by the beautiful balcony terrace with a clear sea view. Mohamed is a great host and very responsive. Everything is perfect, the villa was very clean , the furniture was amazing , full kitchen supplies, powerful AC across the entire villa , tv in every room , two rooms with beach view. The garden is very well cared for. We got also a beautiful welcoming from Mr. Hamdy the maintenance guy , who was always very sweet and he always gave us a nice basket of dates that come out from the villas garden. We also appreciated Mr. Ramy who was always contacting us ensuring that all our needs were met. This place is perfect for a family who wants to enjoy a nice quiet vacation in a REALLY quiet place.
