Poor Service and Disappointing Stay I booked this accommodation through Booking.com expecting a comfortable and well-managed experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. The service from staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. The facilities were not as described in the listing. Cleanliness and upkeep were below acceptable standards. I raised my concerns during my stay, but the responses were dismissive and no real effort was made to address the problems. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property to others.

We booked this chalet with another unit for the rest of our family because they are close. The chalet went beyond our expectations! Nicely furnished and decorated, loved the kitchen and we were all impressed by the beautiful balcony terrace with a clear sea view. Mohamed is a great host and very responsive. This villa was seriously amazing! Honestly, it was spotless when we arrived – you could tell they really cared about keeping the place clean and well equipped. And the space! Way bigger than we expected, which was a huge plus. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out without feeling cramped, which made the whole trip so much more fun. We had such a great time and would definitely book it again !
