This hotel is simply outstanding. The staff members are incredibly helpful, and their motto seems to be solely focused on ensuring your satisfaction. They respond to every request with a cheerful "Of course!" The hotel grounds are very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The pool is beautiful and impressive. The à la carte restaurants are exceptional, and the buffet is delicious—my fiancé and I had such a hard time deciding where to eat because everything was so good. The hotel management goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Additionally, the evening events were a lot of fun! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Just open for 7 days we are very lucky to enjoy the brand new hotel! Everything is perfect! Room is big and comfortable. Swimming pool is so nice! Especially the juice and food are so delicious! I couldn’t think you enough for everything you did .The people are so professional and nice .Doing their best to make each guest happy.They are really taking care of every single detail .They even upgrade my room to another one pool and sea view …just when they know it is my first time to visit them and I am alone in my trip. Also,they have prepared a very nice table decorated with flowers when I was taking my dinner at beach restaurant without even asking for it .it was a vey nice gesture from them ❤️♥️❤️

- The staff were super friendly. They go above and beyond. No matter what we asked them for they would definitely try to make it happen. From drinks to food. - Location was great and offers so many activities. We were also lucky with the weather and we could enjoy staying at the beach or the pool.

We only stayed one day at Jaz Maraya after 10 days in the south and Luxor but it was so blissful. The hotel is stunning, be it the location and views, the interior design and the fantastic friendly staff. The food was miles above everything we had before with an outstanding selection of dishes to suit all tastes. Last, but not least, the reef on the nearby bay is spectacular. Only wish we had more time and flatter seas to appreciate it to its best. PS : it s only a 5min drive from the airport, so you re on holidays quicker than anywhere else

    Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,...

    Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,too shallow and rocky not sandy.Took quad ride out in desert was fun.Lots of fish to see on reefs,water very clean.marss Mubarak has resident dugong and turtles but didn't see the dugong on our visit.Overall nice place ,a bit on the windy side but nice relief from heat.

    It was lovely to be for a while in an open space, sea, fresh...

    It was lovely to be for a while in an open space, sea, fresh air (during pandemic). Many hotels were closed and only few stayed opened. Yet they were still quite empty. Snorkeling was perfect, weather a but windy (normal In February), stuff in the hotel was happy and wearing masks and gloves. We went to Port Ghalib for a coffee but also most of the places were closed due to covid.
