I’ve stayed in more than 10 resorts in Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada over the past month. Almost gave up on finding the perfect stay that truly meets my needs as a solo female traveler - until now. Feeling lucky to have booked exactly Sky Star Hotel as my last stop before leaving the city… now I don’t even want to leave, I adjusted my plans because I finally enjoy the trip. Ended up extending my stay 🥰 Great ethics - I highly appreciate the approach. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The location is amazing, with no pushy sellers outside 🎯 I’ll definitely be back whenever I have a chance. Highly recommend!

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality that set the tone for my entire stay. **Accommodations:** The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities. The housekeeping staff was attentive and kept everything spotless throughout my stay.Room 6022 special Thabks to Sameih . **Dining:** The hotel offers a variety of dining options.The buffet was a highlight, featuring a wide range of international and local dishes that catered to every palate. **Amenities:** NeverLand truly lives up to its name with incredible amenities. The pools were pristine, and there was always a sunbed available, even during peak hours. **Activities:** There was no shortage of activities to keep me entertained! From water sports to evening entertainment, there was something for everyone. **Overall Experience:** NeverLand Hotel exceeded all my expectations. The combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional dining, and a friendly atmosphere made for a perfect getaway. I left feeling relaxed and eager to return. The personnel were extremely helpful, everyone was really nice and always happy to help. All the servers and chefs are extremely thoughtful and anything you need will be provided from specific food preferences to anything room related. Mr Amgad was most helpful and the servers from the main restaurant were always really nice and provided everything we needed.

The staff are very nice, very friendly and the best customer service ever! They always smile and ask if we need anything. All inclusive food and drink at the hotel is super nice especially by the pool. Food is super! If you get sick, do not worry, the hotel provides medical care as well.

The staff is amazing specially the front desk people. Moustafa upgraded us to a sea view room that was really nice. The hotel is super clean, food was nice with a big variety. I was celebrating my father’s birthday and the guest relations arranged for us a complimentary cake. Also checkout was fast and easy, Michael was very helpful. The beach and infinity pool are breathtaking. I liked the adults only areas where it was quitter and more relaxing.

    Everything is OK.

    Everything is OK. Except that at the end the owner accuses you of opening some cupboard and drinking 3 beers without paying him. Ah, you specifically asked for his approval and left him money! Complaints follow to Booking, which asks you for 200 dollars for 3 small beers. I don't know... is this some kind of drain scheme, but be careful with this stuff!!!
