This was our fourth stay at this hotel and yet again it felt like coming home. Immaculately clean, in a beautiful historical building, in a central location, with not particularly numerous, but very competent staff. A genuine gem.

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, great service, overall lovely place and exceeded my expectations really! Especially staff at reception were super helpful, I cant express more appreciations for care and advises ! This is rare. I would return again. Rooms are quiet and well designed. In addition thanks to booking i downloaded audioguide which was super helpful and really enjoyable.

Great location, only 400 metres to Plaza Mayor and Mercado Central, clean and modern and comfortable. Really comfortable bed and the best towels I've had in any hotel anywhere at any price. This low cost hotel belies it's benefits to any traveller. The staff, both at reception and from housekeeping were friendly and accommodating, cannot praise them enough! Will definitely be back!
