The apartment is stunning with a lovely balcony and a huge kitchen with everything needed, as well as a cute honesty bar. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms which were very clean. It also has a very comfy lounge with huge TV, that we were able to use our Netflix account on. It is opposite a great bar and restaurant, and walking distance to lots of others and shops. We were only there for one night as we were walking the Caminito Del Rey next morning but I wish it could have been more.Guest review byPatSpain - 10

A typical Andalusia white village, great facilities including shops, restaurants, banks, a castle with some wonderful walks. Be aware the train station is on the outskirts of the village. Alora is a fabulous place.
Alora is a fabulous place. A bit hilly but after a few days we were up the steep slopes like a 16 year old. Plenty of options for food and bars but you will easily find 'your local' People are friendly and if you need help there'll be someone yo help you out. very traditional whitewashed villge come small town. A couple of interesting historic sites. Doesn't really cater for tourists in the evenings - takeaway or chinese is about it. We booked for a week, but if staying longer, would have travelled further afield by train, to see more of the area. Plenty taxis nearby to get to and from the railway station. Alora is a hilly village, we took a taxi up to the Castle and walked back.
