The hotel I had booked into was closed but I wasn’t told until I got there. I had booked a room with balcony and bath. No balcony at new hotel and bath plug didn’t fit so I couldn’t have a bath. Couldn’t regulate the air conditioning so had to open window to allow cool air in. Food mediocre, eg smoked salmon covered in oil which overpowered taste. Car parking a longish trek to hotel Levante. Room clean but mould around grout in bath. Lots of missing tiles at many of the pool areas. Was disappointed that the spa access included in the room rate did not include all access. Paid for a massage which felt rushed and not very good.
