Exceptional staff especially the Lady in reception Mariam who was very supportive and communicative and very professional and make you feel like home not in hotel . The apartment was spotless and cozy, and the surroundings were completely quiet (only in the evenings did a little tawny owl sometimes bid us goodnight :). The town is picturesque, peaceful, and safe. We felt right at home, but the greatest asset was definitely the hosts – curious, very friendly people who made us feel like friends. If we needed anything, it was never the slightest problem; they went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. An exceptional stay with exceptional people – makes you want to come back again.

We had a really pleasant stay here during our road trip from the UK to Morocco. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very practical – exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. The staff were absolutely brilliant – friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any request. I accidentally left my watch behind in the room, and when I arranged a door-to-door delivery service to collect it, the team kindly packed it carefully and handed it over to the courier when they came to pick it up. That kind of attention and helpfulness made a big difference and was very much appreciated. Overall, this was a smooth, stress-free stopover in Madrid, and we would happily stay here again.
