It’s a beautiful old town in the hills with great views, nice and quiet, friendly locals, some gorgeous properties surround it. Not too far from the Port or Palma. Need access to a car or use taxis if want to leave the village. Great local coffee and services such as small supermarkets, ATM and places to eat and drink all in walking distance. The villa is very well equipped and well maintained. The friendly owners are very welcoming and respond quickly via WhatsApp in case of any questions. The place is very secluded and a great base to discover the island and explore the impressive Serra de Tramuntana. To get to the villa and make your way around the island a car is recommended. Calvia is a beautiful village (although technically a town) full of traditional charm. Hermanas Femenias was a cracking little place, nicely furnished, very comfortable, spectacular views and very clean. All the usual comforts you would expect.
