Can Pastilla, in the midst of it all!
Location is definitely one of the best assets of Can Pastilla, just a 5-minute drive from Palma de Mallorca Airport and a 10-minute drive from Palma’s Old Town. Although today sun lovers populate its golden beaches and hotels, Can Pastilla was only a small fishing village 60 years ago, no more than a hamlet centered around the small San Antonio de la Playa church. It's also fair to say that Can Pastilla is relatively calmer than other resorts in the area.

Honestly don't get why you'd come here. The beach was nice, the bars were alright but you're on a Spanish island and this town has no Spanish in it. Its an English town with loads of Germans down the road in Arenal. Come here if you want to be overcharged on poor hotels, see cockroaches roaming the streets, be served overpriced cocktails by English staff. Don't come here if you want a true Spanish trip. We stayed at Hotel Illusion Calma where Staff are really welcoming & helpful. Great variety & quality of food at both breakfast & dinner. We had a lovely corner room with balcony over pool, beds & pillows very comfy and housekeeping excellent. Location is so good, beach just a few minutes walk away & you can also walk along the coast all the way to Palma, fabulous! A bit of a dated resort, but nice hotels and good restaurants, very close to the airport, so short transfer times and you have the beautiful beaches of playa de palma at walking distance, and als very close the Palma city. The hotel is in a great location, by the beach and restaurants and bars in can pastilla, only 10 mins from the airport and 15 or so minutes drive from Palma.
